Peptide Calculator

Visual syringe calculator, reconstitution, dosage, injection volume, protocol guides with clinical citations, and quick reference.

How to use: Select your peptide, enter your vial size and BAC water volume, choose your syringe type, then set your dose. The calculator will show exactly how many units to draw and display it visually on the syringe.

Insulin Syringe Guide

1mL / 100-Unit

Most common insulin syringe for peptide research

Capacity:1mL / 100IU
Each mark:10µL
Best for:

Standard doses (>50mcg at typical concentrations)

0.5mL / 50-Unit

Smaller syringe — more precise for medium doses

Capacity:0.5mL / 50IU
Each mark:10µL
Best for:

Doses that would be 10–40 units on a 100U syringe

0.3mL / 30-Unit

Low-volume insulin syringe for precise small doses

Capacity:0.3mL / 30IU
Each mark:10µL
Best for:

Very small doses (≤150mcg) requiring high precision

0.1mL / 8-Unit (Pen)

Ultra-low volume syringe for micro-dosing

Capacity:0.1mL / 8IU
Each mark:13µL
Best for:

Very high concentrations or micro-doses

Important: Always use bacteriostatic water (BAC water) — NOT sterile water — when reconstituting peptides for multi-use vials. BAC water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative, allowing the solution to remain stable for 28+ days refrigerated. Sterile water should only be used for single-use preparation.
