Mechanism of Action
Thyreogen penetrates thyrocyte nuclei and regulates transcription of genes involved in thyroid hormone synthesis (thyroglobulin, TPO, NIS). It normalizes TSH receptor sensitivity, reduces thyroid autoantibodies, and restores thyroid morphology in autoimmune thyroiditis models. Unlike hormone replacement, it targets the root cause of reduced thyroid function.
