A synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that extends the half-life of endogenous GHRH. One of the most popular peptides for muscle growth and fat loss when stacked with a GHRP like Ipamorelin.
Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 is a 30-amino acid GHRH analog modified with a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) to extend its half-life from minutes to days. It binds to GHRH receptors on the pituitary gland, stimulating pulsatile GH secretion and subsequently increasing IGF-1.

CJC-1295 Phase 1: Dose-Dependent GH and IGF-1 Elevations
Phase 1 dose-escalation in ~65 healthy adults. Single SC dose of CJC-1295 (30-120 µg/kg) produced dose-dependent, sustained GH increases lasting >6 days. IGF-1 increased 28-44% from baseline at 30-60 µg/kg. GH area-under-the-curve increased 2-10x vs placebo.
