CJC-1295

Also known as: CJC-1295 DAC Ā· Modified GRF 1-29 Ā· Mod GRF 1-29 Ā· CJC1295

A synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that extends the half-life of endogenous GHRH. One of the most popular peptides for muscle growth and fat loss when stacked with a GHRP like Ipamorelin.

What is CJC-1295? A synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that extends the half-life of endogenous GHRH. One of the most popular peptides for muscle growth and fat loss when stacked with a GHRP like Ipamorelin.

How does CJC-1295 work? CJC-1295 is a 30-amino acid GHRH analog modified with a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) to extend its half-life from minutes to days. It binds to GHRH receptors on the pituitary gland, stimulating pulsatile GH secretion and subsequently increasing IGF-1.

Benefits of CJC-1295: Sustained elevation of GH and IGF-1 levels; Increased lean muscle mass; Enhanced fat metabolism and lipolysis; Improved recovery from training and injury; Better sleep quality and REM sleep; Improved skin elasticity and collagen synthesis; Potential anti-aging effects

CJC-1295 dosage: Non-DAC version dosed at 100-200mcg per injection, 1-3x daily.

CJC-1295 half-life: 6-8 days (DAC)

Storage & Reconstitution Guide

Storage Temperature

-20°C lyophilized, 4°C reconstituted

24 months (lyophilized), 28 days (reconstituted)

Reconstitution Solvent

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water)

Swirl gently — do not shake or vortex

Handling Notes

Protect lyophilized peptide from moisture and light. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated. Discard if solution becomes cloudy or discolored. Use insulin syringe for precise dosing.

Step-by-Step Reconstitution

1

Gather supplies

BAC water, insulin syringe, alcohol swabs, vial

2

Disinfect tops

Swab rubber stoppers of both vials with alcohol

3

Draw BAC water

Pull desired mL of BAC water into syringe

4

Inject slowly

Inject BAC water down the side of the peptide vial, swirl gently to dissolve

CJC-1295 Phase 1: Dose-Dependent GH and IGF-1 Elevations

Teichman SL, et al.Ā·Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & MetabolismĀ·2006Ā· n=65

Phase 1 dose-escalation in ~65 healthy adults. Single SC dose of CJC-1295 (30-120 µg/kg) produced dose-dependent, sustained GH increases lasting >6 days. IGF-1 increased 28-44% from baseline at 30-60 µg/kg. GH area-under-the-curve increased 2-10x vs placebo.

Primary Outcome

GH and IGF-1 levels post-dose

Gh Auc

2-10x increase vs placebo

Gh Duration

Elevated >6 days post single dose

Igf1 Increase

28-44% from baseline (30-60 µg/kg)

Adverse Events

Injection site reactions, water retention; no serious events
