The PEGylated (polyethylene glycol-conjugated) form of Mechano Growth Factor (MGF), extending its extremely short native half-life from minutes to 24-72 hours. Mechanism of Action
PEG-MGF attaches a polyethylene glycol chain to native MGF, preventing rapid enzymatic degradation and dramatically extending circulation time. Unlike native MGF which acts locally at the injection site within minutes, PEG-MGF circulates systemically for 24-72 hours, activating satellite cells across all muscle groups. It retains the same IGF-1Ec receptor binding and satellite cell activation mechanism as native MGF.
